  • Monitored which bag types people wore the most and which new products were becoming more popular.

  • Developing New Product: Performed market research, proposed new products, planned prototypes, tested user features, reviewed cost sheets, and finalized product details.

Achievements:

  • Introduced new technology like Rhino 3D to make hardware development more efficient.

  • Launched 85 new bags per season.

  • The team grew from 6 members to 11.
